Claudio Pernisco began working in the construction field with his father when he was 16 years old in Southern California. By the time that he was 20, he had developed such a passion for homes that he purchased his first investment property. While working with his father, he participated in development and construction of several condominium complexes, many home remodels, and construction of homes with engineering challenges such as those on the beach or earthquake fault lines.

Following the passing of his father, Claudio obtained his Oregon Contractors License in 1993. Through the years, he has participated in the construction of the Medford parking structure, several retirement facilities as well numerous residential projects including remodels, additions and new construction.

Claudio's vast experience has provided him with an in depth knowledge of the inner workings of a home. His attention to detail, emphasis on quality, ability to foresee potential problems as well as creatively discover ways to save his clients’ money has allowed him to create lasting relationships built on trust.
